We got into Virginia late in an emergency and that was the first hotel close to the freeway, holes in doors and shower wall that separated our room from the next one. The room was super clean!!

They didn’t have breakfast at all which said was included in multiple websites and tourist guides with hotels listed. It worked as we ended up not really staying in the room much. Only the bathroom lights worked and there was hair around the bathroom when we got there. Other than that it was fine comfortable bed. Staff is friendly.

Bathroom had peeling paint over the tub, the light over the bed didn't work, stairs up to the second level were cracked and heaving presenting a trip hazard....should have lamps on the night tables....overall a shoddy place. The staff was very good though.

Rude and snotty clerk - telling me how great the room was. Supposed to be non- smoking. Someone had smoked in there. Paint peeling and dirty counters and floor. Good water pressure.

Your basic "no frill" motel

This was your typical "no frill" motel. A friend and I only utilized the room for a few hours before having to be dropped off at the airport. Aside from cigarette burns on the comforters and sheets (in a non-smoking room), cracks and holes in the walls and doors, stains in the bath tub and ceiling, the TV not being able to turn off, smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, no water pressure from the sink, and killing a roach....the bed was at least bed bug free and comfortable for a couple hours.

Go somewhere else!

Let's start with the good. It's close to the airport. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. Now for the bad. The television did not work, and even if it had there were no batteries in the remote. Both bedspreads had several cigarette burns. Each bed only had one pillow. And my favorite...... there was no shower curtain????? How does that happen??? I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less money! I would have left and went to another hotel if i hadn't just driven 10 hours.

Booked non smoking room. Room I got was heavy smell of cigarette smoke, dirty sheets/pillowcases. The guy in front lobby said he can give me spray for smell and extra sheets. After being in the room for 10 minutes, I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to book a hotel nearby.

The room door was damaged; the shower in the bathroom couldn't be used because the faucet was missing, and a pair of mechanic's pliers had been left in the bathroom. I couldn't take a shower—it was a disaster. I demand a refund; Expedia shouldn't offer this type of hotel.

This was the worse hotel stay experience I have ever had! Everything about this hotel bad. The shower curtaine had mildew, black mole and what it appeared to be blood, the pillows were just thrown on the bed and looked like people's head prints were in them, no microwave, 2 people, 1 was rag, 1 small trash can, and the freezer had a buildup of ice in it, not usable and the smoke detector had tissue stuffed in it. The manager was rude and did not even attempt to make anything right. I would suggest expedia not have it as choosen recommendation because it is not at all the pictures nor as it should be for a place of buisness serving customers.
