"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"
"This is a high end hotel with nice rooms, good ac, excellent staff and a very well executed breakfast. Location is good, but a bit of a walk to the most popular tourist attractions. Front desk staff is outstanding and has as many languages as you care to speak, with English being easy. High recommendation "
