“Smallest bathroom and not so clean. Cobwebs on ceilings, duvet on bed was dirty on the underside. Room smelled fresh at least.”

“Second and last stay here. First - bed was sunken in the middle and there was construction noise right down the hall. Second stay - shower didn’t work and couldn’t get response. Had to wait until next day for fix.”

“very very good!!!”

“The room appeared clean until we opened the sofa bed. There were a couple of articles clothing in the bed. I told the front desk person and it was barely acknowledged and he/she did not apologize.”

“We were very pleasantly surprised with everything. We were looking for a hotel for one night in the Columbus area, and this was the best price around so we did not have huge expectations...we just needed a room. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. We wished we had more time to spend there.”

“The hotel was okay. Rooms were okay. The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner. This hotel is really for sleeping not luxury and if you want breakfast plan. Not a lot of options for people who don’t eat certain meat. Staff did service the room I guess.”

“Absolutely loved staying here for our recent quick trip to Columbus! Highly recommend as this hotel chain never disappoints!”

“Stay was okay, room was clean, bathroom had a mildew smell, both elevators were down and everyone including staff had to use 1 service elevator which made it challenging with a full house from the twenty one pilots concert. Free breakfast was a joke. It was not good at all, nothing was stocked, food was dry and cold. Guess there was a reason it was free😂😂”
