The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!

Overall good stay - big room, lots of amenities in room. However, our room had a dirty sock from a previous stay in the corner and living/kitchen surfaces and carpet weren't very clean. Pool was really cold so only kids got in. TV was hard to navigate with no guide or channel list. But everything else was nice - front desk staff, pull out sofa and linens, free coffee station, breakfast, parking, quiet room, app room key. No bugs, no odors. Can't beat the location in Polaris. Overall, would recommend - esp if you need extra space, value location, need family friendly.
