Nice hotel and staff, but elevators were both out of service, not fun to go up and down the stairs

The Stag Enfield
Room double booked despite the booking 2 months in advance. This was apparently due to the existing residents extending their stay. No communication of this and was even able to enter the room as was sent check in information. Really poor.
