“Very kind staffs with luxurious hotel. The cost is little bit expensive but acceptable. There was an issue about refund of deposit. However, it was solved clearly.”

“The breakfast was amazing, and we will certainly be returning for that alone! Pool was very quiet with fantastic views. The only disappointment was that we were hoping to enjoy the views in the bar on the Sunday evening, but it had already closed at 9pm!”

“Loved everything. Didn’t use the spa but maybe another time. Comfortable bed and pillows, great linen which kept me warm and cool as needed. Staff were friendly, clean, good sized room and full kitchen! Two minutes to train station including Metropolitan line which goes to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by or a short walk as well as museums. Perfect location. Highly recommend ”

“We loved our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Concierge was there 24 hrs so we could get help anytime. The location was also great. It was near the quiet and safe area. I will definetely come back next time in Feb of next year. ”

“We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you”
