“Although there was occasional banging and voice noise during the day, the nights and early mornings were deliciously quiet. The staff were plentiful and super-helpful. And of course the a/c was great.”

“The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
