“Hotel was great, staff very friendly except for one of the drivers. But oh well nothing could be perfect. But it was a great stay. I will recommend it 100%”

“Our family had a great time at this resort. Not as plush as some but still very nice. Great drinks, friendly pool bartenders, excellent lunch service from a sweet girl near the pool, great service from Randall and the nice lady bartender and dessert preparer in the Italian. Food was decent all around. We were very happy with our visit. ”

“Very convenient with lots of activities to do. Super safe and clean. Also close to national park and La Leona (by car). Included activities are cool. Tubing is the best everdone anywhere! (Not included but worth it) A bit lack of intimacy as neighbours are very close and you can ear them talk in their room. Food is good but a bit expensive and no other choice around.”

“My friends and I had such an amazing time here. The staff was beyond friendly , always went above and beyond. The pools were great and loved the pool bars. Drinks tasted great and kept on coming. Excursions around the area were so much fun. Only down side about this hotel is the restaurants they have are soooo small and super annoying to make reservations for. We ended up only trying two of the restaurants. The buffets however were tasty and offered good options!! ”
