“This is an amazing place to stay. The food at the restaurant is very good the service provided by each and every staff member is truly great. They really are exceptional with their customer service. The view facing the Arenal volcano is breathtaking. Will definitely recommend this place.”

“Great place”

“Avoid. When we got to the property our reservation was not found, and we had to stay elsewhere (looking for another place at 9:30 at night). A glitch in the system once in a while is understandable, however Expedia was unable to contact the host after this, and hence we were unable to get our money back.”
