“Beautiful property with a lot of activities to enjoy and magical sites to explore. This includes a pool, hiking trails, several waterfalls and natural pools in the river, and the hot springs and mineral mud. Nice variety of tours too- the horseback riding/ tubing combo trip was fantastic! We loved the convenience of everything on the property! The breakfast buffet was very good, beds were comfortable, and service was helpful. We liked it so much, we extended our stay.”

“The resort was pretty. The buffet was good. The rooms are outdated. Biggest drawback, and it's big, is that you were not to flush any toilet paper in the toilet- requested to put into a waste basket. Their outdated plumbing could not support it. Never heard that before and it's really not a good look for the 'resort'.”

“We had a horrible experience before coming to this place so we were extraordinarily happy to find a clean location. This place is brand new so it’s very clean and wonderful. The only thing I would say is that if you’re planning a big visit to Tamarindo stay at this place in 2027 and check that the construction is finished. They are currently building a club and pool area on the beach across from the rooms that we stayed at. If you stay before 2027 and you want a pool, they are offering for you...

“If you're in the area, I cannot recommend Conchal enough. It's a gorgeous little boutique hotel with a small number of rooms, which makes the experience feel less cookie-cutter. The staff are incredible, & the space itself looks exactly like the pictures - full of greenery & wildlife, & the pool is perfect. Things to note if you plan on staying here: - It's not a luxury hotel, but the staff will give you luxury hotel service. - The hotel itself is right off a main road, so you WILL hear traffic...

“Everything was amazing and the staff was excellent! It was a little hard to get in touch with nexuss and get our ride home times changed. Making dinner reservations or breakfast room service wasn’t the easiest with the app. but you could contact the front desk for help.”
