“The room was clean and good for the price. However, Soundproof was terrible. You can hear everything from the next room or upstairs. There are only 6 parking places. You have to use street parking. They will find a free parking space for you but you could feel unsafe and uncomfortable.”

“Property is stunning and such a fun vibe. Valet was terrible, They stood there as I dragged heavy bags up the stairs. Our first front desk agent seemed irritated at our existence (or is this a sign of respect in Gen Z culture ?) But other staff members went above and beyond getting us additional room items we needed and our restaurant server was a total sweetheart. I would absolutely return,. But I would self park next time.”

“Always felt like you were being watched. No drink machines, office offered no brochures for the area. Cleaning staff wouldn’t talk English. Long walk in the dark from public transportation. Restaurant that was close was very expensive. Only liquor store in area. I was visiting from out of state and my family and friends didn’t feel comfortable visiting me there. Ruined the whole visit.”

“넓고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 공항에서 꽤 가깝고 대중교통이 나름 편하고 주변이 조용해요. 이불도 너무 무겁지 않아 좋았어요. 다만 객실 내에 전자레인지가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.”

“체크인 데스크의 직원은 투숙객에게 무엇을 안내해야 하는지 전혀 교육이 되어있지 않음. 호텔 전체의 노후화도 문제지만 투숙객을 대하는 태도가 더 큰 문제.”
