"This is all about location. Location. Location. It’s central to everything! I was at the end, so can’t say much about hall noise. Only one elevator was working, and that one was slow, so give yourself time to catch it. Hot water took awhile to heat up, but after it did, was good. The beds & pillows are great, I found them to be really soft and comfortable. The staff were nothing but great to me. I came in the dead heat of summer and the a/c is set pretty high and has one setting. Blast off. So if you’re not a fan of air blasting on you (I am not) this may not be the perfect place for you."
