“We had the best experience with this host! They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early. The property was spotless, and whenever we needed extra towels or other essentials, they responded promptly. They also went above and beyond by personally checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The location was also fantastic—just a...

“Beautiful property in a great location. I was not lacking in restaurants and the beach was two blocks away. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would happily stay here again.”

“I’m usually very picky with hotels, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredible, facilities and rooms are beautiful. If I come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Maison Felix!!”

“Nice stay.”

“This place does not look fancy through the outside, but it’s very well maintained very clean. My room was immaculate. The bed was marshmallow soft it was small, but the flow was perfect for two people. You cannot be a mini room with a kitchenette the bathroom look, modern the only thing I did forget to mention either the bathtub or the toilet after you use it water does come out to the floor it didn’t bother us that much. We dried it up with a towel. We also stayed for only one day other than...

“Me encantó todo”

“I love it”

“Goooood super good”

“Clean, but not well maintained. Falling shelves. Stone and mold growing on the shower. Rust in some places. Ice machine was not working. Bathroom door had to be forced to start sliding to open and close. Mini fridge door was not sealing properly. Bad cover had black stains on it.”

“Very clean hotel. Beautiful views of all the hotels along Collins at night time with the water view rooms.”

“Stay was serene but building is highly dated in terms of room upkeep and property appearance but staff as polite and helpful”

“Wonderful location”
