Poor management or communication within hotel. Called 5x regarding missing items and had no phone call back regarding if it was found or not. Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft ...

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
Location to restaurants was great. Elevator was out of order in the parking garage the whole time and had to walk the stairs twice a day. For a week we were there.
