โStaff was friendly, room was very big, perfect for 4 people. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, as it is with most Hilton hotels. Food at the hotel convenience store was very pricey. โ
โThe Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. โ
โHousekeeping service is provided everyday, but cleaning is not done. Lots of hairs remain in the bathroom after housekeeping. Changing towels, rearranging bedsheets and removing garbages are done.
Guest laundry is available. It was very convenient in summer.
Breakfast is also good. Location is also good.

โEverything was amazing during our stay. Valet and front desk staff were incredible! Walking distance to our event at the paints arena! The bed was uncomfortable and the drinks in the lobby restaurant were over priced but the bar staff were great ! โ
