“Traditional Thai house with super kind hosts. They only have 4 rooms which is understandable cause they renovated their house to serve as a mini hotel. All facilities are updated to a modern one (shower, bathroom, beds, air conditioner, etc.) Being remotely located, the access is a little uncomfortable unless you have a car but that is why it's surrounding is so serene.”

“This is a really great hotel. Clean bedrooms and amenities, delicious cuisine, beautiful scenery, and a swimming pool you can always plunge into. Very kind and friendly staffs are always ready to help your needs by the side. I originally planned to stay for two days, but extended it for another day. Strongly recommended.”

“Baanpong was a boutique lodge with 8 guest rooms. The staff was all the time responsive. The place was home-like with cozy atmosphere. The poolside library was fantastic. Hiking/bike riding around the lake was very refreshing. Though it is rather deep into countryside, transportation was easily accessible by lodge owned car with driver, free or with affordable rate. I would like to stay there again, with more preparation. ”
