Breakfast was lovely, room was nice and warm. Room was not serviced and bedding was ripped and didn't feel clean enough. Shower was unpredictable in temperature and trickled through.

Stay at Llandudno
Stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is clean and hospitality was great. Location of the hotel is near High Street so it is a real plus and had a nice view from hotel room as it was facing the sea.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay, staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. However my 89 year old mum was unable to reach in the wardrobe in her room to hang her clothes up as it was too high (it was higher than in my room) and the grab rails in the shower were also too high for her. The hotel was very clean throughout.

Does what it says on the tin. Seaside hotel
we stayed for two nights with colleagues. It's a traditional seaside hotel. Reasonable prices for the rooms and the single rooms with seaview, though small, did what they needed. The split landings was confusing, even after two nights. Staff, especially those in the breakfast room were very very helpful and quickly produced she vegan sausages for me. Tips - Breakfast at 730am calm and relaxed, Breakfast at 8.00pm BUSY.

The hotel is ok right in front of the beach alongside with many other hotels. Great location. Breakfast buffet are good and convenient for the morning start. All toiletries are supplied better than the chain hotels. Rubbish got emptied daily. Happy with the staying.

Enjoyed our overnight here before going to the theatre. Very good value, staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was fabulous!
