The ice machine didn't work, the pool wasn't full, the establishment doesn't have an address on the outside (or even in the window so someone searching doesn't have to drive by 4 times before stopping & asking if they are what you are looking for). “The beds (both queens) were horrible and there were ants all over. The dust on the base of the TV was very noticeable in the sunlight. Cannot recommend this property.”

“We loved it! We were a bit surprised to find it in a farming part of town. Not where we expected a hotel to be. But the room was nice, large, clean and quiet! No breakfast, but frig., microwave, and coffee pot in the room. Now I know it is really a Country Inn. ”

“The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house.”
