I booked the room for 4 people but received only two towels. The second bed (pull-out couch) had no sheets and when I went downstairs I was handed a pile right from the dryer. Basic doesn’t even begin to describe this hotel. Imagine a hotel run by the department of corrections and you basically have this place."

"When I pulled up I was greeted by an enormius rat running across the lot. The lobby reeked of a oke.. Both ciggies and weed. Hallways as well. Room was smoke free and comfy but noisy af with amtrack station next door."

"We were really looking forward to our stay. For a high end luxury hotel our room and parts of the hotel we walked through were quite scratched up, dented and not in great shape. I went use a guest robe and there was a big hairball in the sleeve. And then the day we arrived we had come from a specialty bakery where we bought $75 worth of baked goods to take home to share with family and friends—however we went out for the day and put the do not disturb sign on the door— when we got back later that day our room had been “touched up” and our entire bag of baked goods was gone. We had left our bags open as well because we weren’t planning on having our room cleaned that day— so the overall experience felt very violating. Lastly, they have no guest parking. We will definitely never stay here again."
