“The owners Michael and Jeffrey are the best. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive until you check out. The Dolan house décor is filled with love and charm, the Garret room where we stayed was very cozy and comfortable. Did I mention that the breakfast which was included was second to none. Hard to imagine finding a better Bed and Breakfast in Jim Thorpe. ”

“Great hotel for the area Staff were all friendly and helpful Good Amenities Stayed on a weekend early summer and Only complaint was our room air conditioner kept turning off during the night which made for a stuffy hot room not conducive for sleeping”

“Service was outstanding - friendly, warm, accommodating. Hotel was clean and neat. Food was excellent at the restaurant (Kol). Only negative for me is that it's easy to hear your neighbors through the walls.”

“Rooms were spacious. Clean. New carpet seemed like. No smells. However, breakfast was mediocre. I was hoping for more. Would I stay again? Probably. However, I would eat breakfast somewhere else. Disappointed ”

“Convenient for my needs, clean and friendly staff ”

“Staff were very friendly. Room was quiet and fairly clean. There was definitely an issue with the hot water and the drain in my shower. It took about six minutes of running the water (at 5AM) to get any hot water. Also, the shower drain was very clogged ( and yes, I did figure out how to open/shut the drain.) The bathtub filled with cold water as I ran the shower waiting to get any warm water to come through. ”
