Convenient location off the interstate. Grounds around the hotel a bit messy. Room appeared clean, but the floor was tacky. Staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast items met my needs. This hotel location allows dogs. I would definitely stay there again for an overnight stay.

We’ve stayed at the Quality Inn three separate times while visiting family in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The facility is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is cordial, courteous, and helpful, and the Continental Breakfast is sufficient.

Stayed here for a show near by at the f m Kirby arts center. The front desk staff were very nice when checking in. FYI do not put the room keys in with your wallet it won’t let you in your hotel door room. Our room was fairly clean but noticed some pet hair under sheets. Shower was nice and hot and towels were nice! Pillows are a little flat than usual hotel pillows! For the most part it was alright place if you’re just sleeping. There were a couple times I heard dogs at 3 in the morning and also the person above us were up at 630 am walking around you could hear them! We stayed on the first floor and the hallways smelled like weed.

Clean room but a little bit of an older hotel. Basic breakfast with no cooked options, outside of waffles. Didn’t feel like it was in a particularly safe area, either. Redeeming qualities were friendly staff and the fact that we were travelling with pets and we were well accommodated.
