Upon checkout, I had a friendly and professional conversation with the Owner Uresh. I presented my feedback letter ✉️ and he asked if I can show him the room. I said of course and then we went over every point that I wrote down 📝 Feedback -> Reception: Friendly Warm Greeting Room Bathroom: Smoke smell Used towels Toothpaste on the sink Hairs on the walls Room Countertops: Clean Room Floor: Corners had crumbs Room Bed: Potentially reused sheets (multiple hairs at the foot side -> I enjoyed the natural lighting upon Rising the next day -> The in-room mini fridge is spacious and works great Uresh said that he appreciates feedback like this because it helps him know where to improve and how to coordinate his team of staff to be the most effective in providing customer service. I let him know that I appreciate him caring enough to listen and also to inspect the room based on the feedback that I provided 🕉️🙏🕉️

Stayed 2 wks Feb 2023/Single Traveler. Convenient location just off the I95 ramp, this is a basic accommodation, Many amenities close by to inlude: Various eateries, gas, car rental, shopping, Target, Shop Rite, Dollar Stores, pharmacy, Tractor Supply, drycleaners, laundrymat, UPS pack & ship, hair & nail salons. Room was certainly decent enough for the price, and cost much less than other area lodging. Staff and mgt were helpful at all times. Housekeeping was good during my stay. Breakfast was simple w/ limited offerings, yet adequate given the price point. I didn't experience any issues with noise or otherwise. Would I stay again? Yes. Based on my recent stay, this was a reasonably priced, decent budget accomodation. I felt it was worth what I paid and would have no qualms about returning.

looks like they were in the middle of renovation, we came from the red roof across the street so everything was 100% better, we came for the birds at conowingo, had a nice sunrise and sunset also....

Big Mistake
This was a repeat stay. Had stayed here about 4 years ago. This time was a mistake. The place was dirty and in poor repair. Mold in shower, filthy bathroom countertop with soap scum and hair clippings crammed in corners. Overall a frightening stay.
