“We had a recently updated 2-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom, and it was nice, comfortable and clean. Real mugs, glasses and plates in our kitchenette. Extra towels in the bathroom. A reliable old-time small elevator with a pull-across door gate that just fit the luggage cart and two adults. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. Plenty of coffee, juice, milk and cereal. Eggs and link sausage. Muffins. We stayed 4 nights and it...

“The room was clean, the staff that I met were kind and helpful. I ended up there on s'mores night. Each guest gets a pack with marshmallows, graham crackers and 2 different types of chocolate and a roasting stick. The fires are lit at 530pm and people were having so much fun roasting marshmallows.”

“While visiting our daughter who just moved to the area we stayed 2 nights as a 1st time Visitor to the Resort in a King Studio on 5th Floor. Didn’t get a chance to use anything other than the Hot Tub which was excellent in the evening after a long day. The King Studio 5th Floor was an excellent room for a couple. Looks like a great resort and we will be back when visiting our daughter and look forward to trying some of the dining establishments.”

“Staff Joey was helpful, vending machine products were expired, WiFi worked for 20 minutes total and they charge $260 holding fee for incidentals(I called confirming I was to pay $70 which is what my booking reservation said I owed as well as a front desk agent to then be told $260) Overall it was a generic hotel with the word lodge attached minus complimentary items Was a good place to sleep but will not book again”

“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

“If you’re ever in the Missoula area, Lolo Hot Springs is but one of a myriad of hot springs up and down the Rockies. Being only +/-25 miles outside of Missoula, one cannot help but feel lost in a wilderness you’re not sure if you know how to get back out of it. Splurge on the rooms attached to the main lodge house (12, I believe). These rooms really have that comfortable, warm, Montana-feel and they are attached to the two indoor, temperature-variant hot pools. Very clean and the “hot” one was...
