"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived but no one cleaned the room while we were staying there. The gym was not well equipped. Two treadmills were broken or had motor issues. There was no way to clean the machines or weights. No sanitation wipes or spray to clean any of the equipment you used. Pool was usable but clearly not maintained as the temperature was too cold to swim. "

"I only stayed one night and everything was excellent. Will be my first choice for all future stays. Surprisingly good experience. "

"Took the train to Redding and got in super late. The staff were absolutely wonderful to work with, even checked in on me on my way. The room was great, fast wifi, super clean. Can't say enough good things about this place. What a great find "
