“This is a beautiful property. It is located on the sovereign Native American land, Pueblo of Pojoaque. The interior decor is stunning. There is a Starbucks, restaurants, indoor pool, spa and casino. The hotel rates were a very good value (compared to hotels near the SF plaza) but the hotel location is a 20 minute drive from the center of Santa Fe. This was not a problem for us because we had a car.”

"We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel."
