"We traveled here for business and were initially scheduled to stay just two nights at this beautiful hotel, but we ended up extending our stay to six days! 😁 The front desk staff was professional and highly accommodating. Additionally, the housekeeping team was absolutely amazing—everyone made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely love this property! This is our 2nd visit. Great location. Beautiful hotel that you really don’t have to leave. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. My rating is more towards the guests that were there on this visit and how everything was handled by the staff. The first day was wonderful but the days following were not pleasant at all. There was lots of teenagers running everywhere(we were told volleyball tournament). Felt more like a spring break hotel than a luxury one. By the end of our visit, the hotel was trashed and it was nearly impossible to valet or even get a drink in a normal time frame. We waited no less than 30 minutes for each service. We also did not receive room service even though we were away from our room all day. I had to track the lady down in the hallway to get towels for the night. I don’t believe the staff was prepared to handle this crowd! Also, the pool was so packed with kids and the hotel itself was very loud. At one point, my purse was searched entering the pool area. When I questioned the search, I was told no outside food or drinks were allowed. Fine, none on me, But we saw multiple people with their own food and drinks so wasn’t sure what that was about honestly. Let me add that I have 6 children myself so I have no problem with kids. This was an adult trip and a heads up would’ve been nice or even better preparation by the staff to accommodate all guests. Beware when booking about the events in the area. Lesson learned."

"Room was clean, pillows felt like nothing. I find it offensive when a hotel charges $39 to valet park your vehicle in a lot attached to the hotel. Literally beside the hotel. How about not employing a person to drive my car beside the place im staying. And why not post the ridiculous price for this parking on the ad so someone can see it b4 they reserve the room. Won't be staying there or any other holiday inn. In the future."

"We had quite a long drive ahead of our stay, and although the majority of it was wonderful, the last few minutes were stressful because of the weather. When we walked into this property, we were instantly cheered up. The staff was so friendly, and there was an awesome vibe. We're in our mid-40s, and we felt like kids again. It was a perfect blend of fun without being excessive. When it was time to rest, our room was peaceful, quiet, and clean. But when it was time to hit the town, the food, games, and friendly staff were exactly what we needed. I hope we get a chance to stay here again someday"
