โVery friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!โ
โThis is a cute property with all the amenities needed. There is a fully functional kitchen and living room. The check in was slightly confusing but that seems to have been due to an online issue. When i got hold of the owner he sorted it all out immediatly.โ
โEdward and his wife are welcoming hosts. Had some issues on the first night which were promptly resolved by Edward. The location is super convenient and close to the amenities I needed to use. The room was comfortable with everything I required for my stay. โ
โThe place looked good from the outside but, inside it needed a lot of TLC .
The electric infrastructure in the bedroom was from one multi plug. TV , Fridge
Air Conditioner, kettle and any other personal equipment. Such as computer and cell phone
Charging all from one unit. (Totally unsafe). The other plug socket did not work.
Plumbing also was a disgrace. The toilet didnโt work properly and the tap on the
Hand basin was loose. No more than one star accommodation. We shall never be going...
