stayed 3 nights; delayed check-in because my 2 rooms were not under my name; no clean linen--had to personally get clean linen and coffee condiments from front desk, even though I had asked cleaning staff to be sure to provide them in my room. Most days there was no service at the bristro and even then, it appeared 1 person was doing double duty (front desk and bristro). Horrible fitness center--very small; had to ask for water and wipes. Having a very difficult time trying to be compensated.
