“Overall, the experience was good. There was a delay in getting checked in due to an error that needed to get resolved with another customer while we waited. Only one person working the desk. It appeared to be an error the hotel had made. ”

“The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits...
