"This place was the best vacation I have ever had. The condo was roomy and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The outside was excellent. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. The property was right on Lake Erie so was very beautiful especially at sunset. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Issues began with check-in where a $20/day parking fee and a $200 security deposit were added. The springs on one side of the bed creaked loudly. The television in the room never worked, even after an employee was sent to assist. Construction on the site made it difficult to park anywhere close to the room and the noise greeted us each morning at 8 am. At checkout, the staff refused to print out a receipt, insisting that it would be emailed to me but I have yet to receive it, nor has the security deposit been refunded."

"This place was terrible! I’ll be contacting Econolodge customer service about it. The shower head was detached from the wall. The light/vent in the bathroom had a big gap between it and the ceiling. The AC unit had pieces broken outside. The curtains had holes in them. The paint was chipped and damaged. It was a dump. We only stayed because the sign in the lobby said there is a cancellation/early checkout fee of over $60 and we couldn’t afford that. We’ll never stay at this property again. We’ve never had a bad experience at any Econolodge we’ve ever stayed at until this one."

"Terrific stay! Staff were friendly and helpful! Our room's TV cable connection had been unplugged by previous guest and we couldn't get it to work, (didn't know it had been disconnected.) Called front desk and a staff was up within 1 minute, fixed the problem and apologized. While there he talked about the area and recommended fun places and nice restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was at 100% (found that out when we checked in!) and we figured the breakfast would be wiped out by the time we got there about 40 mins before it closed. Nope! Staff was there refilling anything that was out the entire time we were eating. She was so busy but very friendly. This property sits so lovely on the inlet and there's a boat dock just a short walk down the sidewalk. We will absolutely visit this hotel again! Thanks for a great stay!"
