"Initial room was not clean, But staff offered a different room right away. Which was cleaner. But still had few house keeping misses. Not sure if they have a shortage of cleaning staff. But as a guess I am all for a clean room it sets the mood for the stay. Staff kind and prompt to provide towels etc. over-all good stay. "

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent. The staff were polite, courteous, and consistently helpful whenever I needed assistance or encountered any issues. They were attentive and always worked to provide a solution, which I truly appreciated. My only concern was with a particular tenant who made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. This individual was frequently present in the lobby and appeared to listen in on conversations, including moments when I was speaking with staff about matters I felt were personal. Additionally, she approached me directly with questions about my stay, such as why I was there and how long I would be staying. This behavior felt intrusive and made the overall experience slightly uncomfortable. "

Also, all sounds from hall and neighbor rooms sound like their in the room and very disturbing."
