“À bit bleak. Large room but sparsely furnished. Two doubles beds were too small for a comfortable sleep for four people.Also has a very noisy central AC system. Location was good. Breakfast food was fine but server was incredibly rude. Refused polite requests from me (and other guests) and just sat on her phone.”

“Very large group was checking in for the weekend. ( conference ) They took up a major portion of the lobby as well as the area coming out of the garage. We had to wait for an extended time to get checked in. My suggestion would be to have the rooms designated and a credit card on file prior to their arrival. There was so much discussion with each conference attendee about the room they were getting. Transient guests should not have to wait for large groups to get checked in. My other suggestion...

“Property was beautiful everywhere we looked. Pool was clean and staff was attentive. Nice and well behaved crowd, except in the end a few loud kids that were playing rough (I believe it was an exception). Nice views, clean and comfy room, easy check in/out. Minor complaints: giant chess game needs maintenance, one of the umbrellas in the pool was broken and it took a while until someone took it away (it felt and it could hurt someone). Id love more food options in the front desk (ran out of ice...

“Sink had a leak that maintenance didn't fix. Entire hotel smells weird, like it had been smoked in for 50 years and then they just painted over the smoke stains and Febreezed everything. Housekeeping accidentally threw out my nightguard and management wouldn't reimburse me the $30 for a new one, but did offer to let me dig through the trash for it.”
