“Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice. ”

“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). “Totally surprised how nice the room was in the Stag. Room was immaculate, everything worked, cleaned and replenished with tea/coffee and biscuits, bed made and clean towels, Yes!!! Every day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, if I wanted anything it was given and more without question. The location was great for getting into Wroxham and for driving elsewhere. Thank you for our lovely week to all the staff. ”
