"It was a very satisfactory stay. The welcoming was excellent and very accommodating. It was a suite for five with two children (one toddler) and having a kitchen was practical and needed. There were no sheets available for the sofa bed and having carpet and not being able to clean it was not pleasant. The bathroom was rather small considering the registration was for 5 people. The valet service was a bonus and well appreciated considering the downtown area. Although there were three elevators, they were extremely small and not that comfortable seeing that people had to either jam in or wait for another which sometimes was very long."

"L'hôtel est bien situé près de quartiers animés. Stationnements intérieurs disponible moyennant un coût à rabais avec ma réservation Expedia .Déjeuner avec plusieurs choix mais tres achalandé donc un peu plus difficile d avoir une place assise le week-end. Le point négatif tapis dans les chambres mais tres pratique avec la cuisinette."

"Central location to everything. Room was not fancy compared to some of the other higher end hotels in the area, but I enjoyed staying here better. I had to stay here for one night since I couldn't extend an extra day at another hotel where a conference was held. This hotel held my luggage for free when I checked in early and offered to hold my bags after I checked out. The other hotel charges you for basic stuff like this."

"The place was beautiful. Our room was immaculate and the staff was great for the most part. The only struggles we had were getting ice was tough at times since you have to request it and one of the nights we had to call multiple times over an hour period before we finally got ice. Another issue was one day we were left with no cups at all in the room. In the big picture those are incredibly minor things and the property overall was truly wonderful!"
