Don’t expect the cleanliness here
I can’t believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here.

There was coffee and tea facilities, but 1 cup and no kettle. There was no remote for the tv so we couldn't watch it even though the receptionist came to our room 3 times. He gave up in the end and just sat down. The opposite building was party central. And there were funny goings on on the corner of the road ! Glass everywhere from car windows being smashed. I would not stay there again.

The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available.

Staff were pleasant but lack services. Cleanliness was awfull, despite asking the staff to get the room cleaned even after 3 days, yet room wan left unclean. Tiny sink, poor shower, no bath, the worst matteress I have ever lied on; it felt like lying directly onto the springs. Windows were full of dirt & spider webs. Only one thing good that the room had a microwave & a kitchen sink in the room along with the kettle. The hotel was close to city center and all the amenities.

I saw some horrible reviews for this hotel and was very worried about staying here, but i was very pleasantly surprised. Things are a little grubby around the edges, its not perfect, but it was clean enough and very comfortable. Excellent value, no complaints.

The bed was too short for me and not especially comfortable. The light switching system made no sense at all and I never mastered it. There was no switch that related to the bedside lights. The shower controls were not explained or obvious. Apart from that, fine.

Beware of this place its extremely dirty there's no heating apart from a small mobile radiator. The toilet you will Not be able to sit on unless its sideways theres holes in the curtains and the windows have never been cleaned you cant even see out properly also parking you got more chance of winning the lottery and above all you wont be abe to contact anyone to complain or get your money back . Iif yoou choose here good luck and don't say i didn't tell you .

Wouldn't recommend
We checked in after waiting 30 minutes as the receptionist was out getting pizza. After that, we went up to our room and had a bed with marks on the sheets and 2 dirty towels out of the 3 provided. Going into the bathroom, all the floor tiles were cracked- I almost tripped over a loose one. There was also a chunk of poo stuck on the toilet bowl. We honestly began to wonder if the room had actually been cleaned or properly maintained. Finally, the walls were very thin so we were up all night hearing people go up and down the stairs in their rooms and the couple in the room next to us having sex. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

No parking , bed right by the window which was very drafty , had a double room, only one set of cutlery in room, no centra heating did have an electric heater which you could plug in and use )not good on sinuses) Toilet/ shower room ring, very time sat on the toilets hit my head on the glass shower panel

From outside the property looked terribly run down, the street had lots of rubbish & broken glass & after reading some reviews, we nearly didn’t go in! We then thought we’d go & check in & look at our room before making our decision & taking our luggage in. On checking in we were asked for our debit card, even though we had already paid in full using our credit card. Their intention was to take a pound out of our account & then refund it! We found this unusual & it made us suspicious, so we declined. We checked our room & was surprised at the cleanliness, it was spotless. The bathroom was sparkling, although a couple of fittings were broken/missng. The towels were lovely. The bedding was white & crisp. The carpet was stained, but this is not unusual in hotels. We had a kitchenette with tea & coffee. There was a hairdryer & even an iron & ironing board. We had an upstairs where the comfy bed was, but the stairs creaked badly. We had a big balcony too. The voils were ripped in a couple of places. The room was overly hot with no heating controls to be seen, so we had the windows open. The communal areas & lift were clean & tidy. We decided to stay for one night & we had a comfortable undisturbed stay (just a bit hot). Considering we had only paid just under £36 for the two of us, all in all it was a bargain. Due to the run down area we wouldn’t choose to stay again.

This was the worst property, I have ever seen it smelt stink, hair on the bed, pubic hairs on the toilet Uncle stains under mattress, dirty floor plug sockets, with exposed wires Showing I did not stay here and I would like a refund

The room was filthy, marks on walls, clumps of hair on the floor and in the bed. Not convinced the bedding was fresh as it was covered in hair.

Good for what you pay
Overall I had a really good stay! I stayed for 3 nights & paid just over £100, the studio room was really nice! Overall the room was clean however, the finishings of the room lack! The walls & skirting boards could do with a repaint & the cleaners could do a better job at making sure the floor is hoovered properly, like every inch, I did have to go out & buy hand soap, bin bags & dish soap but ultimately the room was still very nice! Only other thing is breakfast isn’t offered as there cafe/kitchen was closed & doesn’t look like it’s in use at all really, the staff/receptionists you wouldn’t think work there if they weren’t behind the desk because of how they’re dressed, I had an issue with a vent lid randomly falling down but was quickly moved to another room which I’m thankful for, it’s very central to Nottingham city centre, 5mins in an Uber & 15mins walking, the rooms are well heated to the point where I had to sleep with the windows open the whole stay, all in all I had a pleasant stay! You get your money’s worth if a little more
