“Do not stay here. Dangerous pool facility and worst customer service. My child was injured by a sharp crack inside the pool (toenail torn off). We filed an incident report, but management refuses to respond to our compensation request. Unsafe environment and irresponsible management.”

“Breakfast was good”

“ 조리 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 인덕션, 전자레인지, 간단한 조리 도구나 식기류들도 있었습니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적했고 일을 할 수 있는 책상도 잘 이용했습니다. 바로 앞에 주유소가 있고 큰길로 나가지 않고 왼쪽으로 나가면 Target 마트도 차로 1분이면 가고 위치도 좋았습니다.”

“Clean room, just some dust on surfaces. Breakfast wasnt the best but it was a nice add to our stay for a quick bite in the morning. For the price we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints”

“Stained linen messy room at check in and overall outdated and not appealing”

“The room was handicapped! The room was an ajoining room which I wasn't told about either. The lady using the bathroom which was where the ajoining door was at sounded like she was in our bathroom and I could see the light from her room in my room!!! There was paint chipping, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The ceiling had been patched where there was obviously a leak. There was no place to hang our wedding attire. The floor was filthy. I showered and walked around with no shoes...

“Someone broke into my room in the middle of the night. Not a safe or clean place to stay.... I would like a full refund because I did not stay past the first night incident...”

“We paid for 3 rooms and only received 2 rooms. This was a trip for construction crew and 2 guys had to share a room due to this. Asked for refund of the 1 room since they didn't honor the reservation and they told us they couldn't refund the amount and that we have to obtain the refund from Expedia. Front desk not helpful at all. Trash was in bags in the hallways from other guests and not cleaned up by staff.”

“The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants.”
