"Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave, You get there they introduce you to the hotel and amenities as well as restaurants The only bad part was that when you get there they try to sell you on a presentation at a different hotel also a reef resort, while the guy was talking I told him no 3 times, Once you say no his demeanor changed towards us, tipped him for showing us around we left, as we would walk it was clear he would talk to his coworker about us as she made the obvious gesture to look at us when we left towards town."

"5-star facility, amenities, and staff! We had an amazing time at Devossions by Live Aqua. It definitely looks to be the crown jewel of Playa del Carmen! And if you ever felt the need to leave the property (which you may not want to because it has everything), then 5th Avenue is a block away and Cozumel a short ferry ride away. Excellent resort and can't wait to return soon!"

"The location was good on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were put on different level from our friends facing the street. We were told if we wanted a garden or pool view it would be extra. It was an adult only but everything shut down early by midnight and you couldn’t get a drink after that."
