"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. "The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

"Staff was great, they went above and beyond. Rooms were clean. Pool roof top had a beautiful view. Breakfast qas pretty much the same every day but we loved it. Will definitely be returning to this hotel next visit."
