Beach is simply amazing. However, most days the purple flag was up so we couldn't use any of the ocean toys. People were in the water and it was completely safe. Wish we could have used the toys. Restaurants were great! Service was spectacular! Buffet was good too. Rooms are tiny. Bathrooms were not good with glass doors without locks and you could see in. Not comfortable with 3 people in the room. Entertainment at night was fun. Wish there was more activities during the day in the pool. Seemed like the holidays affected day time entertainment. Overall, I like Marival Emotions. Would go back again.

Lo bueno: 1- Restaurante de pizzas muy rico 2- Las habitaciones muy bien, clima enfriando bien, agua caliente en regaderas 3- El estacionamiento bien, no sufres por un espacio 4- Puedes conectar muy fácil tu teléfono a la TV para reproducir contenido, YouTube, etc 5- El buffet de Casa Bella muy bien, variado y alimentos de buena calidad 6- Cierran la alberca principal hasta las 10pm, eso está genial. Lo malo: 1- Los tragos en piscina cierran súper puntual a las 6pm 2- La temperatura del agua de la piscina principal súper fría todo el tiempo 3- El único jacuzzi que tiene agua caliente está restringido solo para adultos 4- El área de juegos para niños con el agua súper fría 5- Los tragos de baja calidad 6- Algo insistentes para venderte una membresía, desde que llegas 7- No hay servicio a la habitación

Rooms were super clean. A/c never stopped. Room service and conceirge were fantastic. Hotel staff were on point for everything, also food and drinks were amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Original room was deep in corner of bottom of building facing the staircase. Bedding was dirty as soon as we went in. We immediately requested assistance and were moved to a different room. Very minimal dining options, especially for picky eaters. Not much for snacks or ice cream. Alexandria at the main pool bar is OUTSTANDING! She alone was a positive experience. Pool was great sized and temp. Cleaned if something happened and other pools to use in meantime. Ocean was clean and amazing. Many "preferred" area chairs/beds not used because they charge for them. May as well allow use to others if not being utilized. Shows were great and start at 8:30pm. For the cost, food, dessert, activities and staff should have been much better. Several room issues, but spent most of our time in the ocean or at the pool. Weather was amazing.

5ta ocasión que visitamos Riviera Nayarit y nos hospedarnos en Marival Emotions, vemos que algunas cosas cambiaron y remodelaron y quiza una nueva administración (Mercure), el edificio principal izquierdo ya amerita renovación, hacen falta pasamanos en las regaderas y una puerta principal para aislar el baño, por todo lo demás la playa el ambiente y los restaurantes son de primera. Por favor vuelvan al esquema de reservar restaurante de especialidades por las mañanas a partir de las 8:00 am, no me agradó el nuevo esquema, no pudimos entrar al asiatico!A quien madruga Dios lo ayuda, volveremos!!! Gracias!!!!

Rooms well kept. Great amenities. Pool and beach were both great. Food options for vegetarians were limited and repetitive. Restaurant booking options were very difficult and not well communicated.

Don't sell me timeshares at the time of check-in, not at the hotel. We mostly were able to eat at only 2 restaurants for the duration of our 1 week stay which became very repetitive by the 3rd day. The other restaurants require reservations on the day before at one of the desks and they say all are booked?? You cannot call to reserve, not from the hotel either. I think they keep these restaurants for the "VIP" customers. Also the timeshare is one of the ways you can become a VIP customer. The room was pretty small even though we booked a grand king room. Seems false advertising. This was our first time doing an inclusive resort and we probably won't be doing it again.

Honest Review of Marival Emotions I truly believe that a vacation is what you make of it and overall we did have a great time. That said, here is my honest review. The good: The resort itself is beautiful and very family friendly. The pool and water slides were a perfect size and so much fun for the kids (aged 2 and 4). Everything for children was great and my kids absolutely loved the food options available to them. The concierge service was exceptional and truly went above and beyond, especially when our airline lost our bags. They were hands down the best part of the experience. My son loved the mini golf and my daughter like the playground. We also enjoyed the shows. We wanted to do bikes but we ran out of time! There was so much to do. The food highlights: The Silk Restaurant was absolutely amazing and honestly saved the resort for us. Some of the best Asian food I have had. The pizza and pasta were also delicious (wish this was open all day not just at 5) I did have Burria tacos at the Mexican restaurant that were good, but that was pretty much the only standout there. The bad: The Italian restaurant was completely inedible and honestly disgusting. We went 2 times just to be sure. And the use this bizarre ragu tasting sauce in every dish. The buffet was not good at all and I barely ate there. Breakfast was also a big disappointment. For lunch, the options were very limited and you can only eat so many hamburgers and hot dogs. I really wish there were more lunch option

Staff was absolutely great, they helped us move to a room with a tub since my small Children inky take baths. The entertainment team does a wonderful job, and we especially liked the kids club. The food was okay, need more variety. I did have a small issue with a bartender not wanting to provide a carton of milk for my small kids, as they still drink milk at night. However, the staff helped resolve the issue. Great place overall, especially when traveling with kids!

Starting with check in, we arrived around 4pm and we were really hungry. We let the welcome staff know that we were hungry, but they still took a long time to go over the rules and amenities. He also tried to get us to go to a timeshare breakfast a couple of times during our stay. After our hour long check in the only option for dinner at that time was at the Piazzetta dei Forni, which wasn’t bad, except for all the birds that stole my son’s pizza. The rooms were fine, except that the bathroom and shower have glass doors with just a little bit of privacy glass in the middle. My three boys shared a room with their older sister and privacy was difficult to get. They had to use a towel in between for more privacy. The beds were on the firm side, and the ceiling fan in one of our rooms was abnormally loud. Maid service was hit and miss with one of our rooms not getting cleaned one of the days. To eat at the premium restaurants you have to have VIP access. Besides the buffet, pizza, and poolside restaurants there are three restaurants that are included with the all inclusive, you have to make reservations for two of the three from 9am to 3pm near the front. Desk. Amalfi (Italian) and silk (Japanese ). When we tried to make reservations most of them were full and we had to settle for later times, or different days. There are no reservations needed for La Pergola(Mexican) but its first come first served. All three dining options were mediocre. Beach and pool were 👍. Shows lame.
