"I love the location, breakfast, staff."

"The location could NOT be better! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English. The lobby area was inviting and clean. We ended up in a room with an absolutely magnificent view, overlooking the Beautiful Fountain. Our room (a Comfort Double) was spacious and well organized, with plenty of closet space and a long, functional desk/table surface. There were two barrel-style chairs and a little table. The bathroom was large and well laid out, except that in order to turn on the shower you had to actually step in; the glass door prevented you from reaching the controls without climbing into the high-walled tub. The hotel provided shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner. There was plenty of useful surface space around the sink and the tub, and even a magnifying mirror above the bathroom sink. I would *highly* recommend this hotel and would book again here in a heartbeat. "Very nice first class hotel conveniently located near the Hauptbahnhof. Excellent included breakfast and super helpful staff. Good base for walking tour of the old town and all of the shops and restaurants on the Konigstrasse. The former president of Germany Angela Merkel was a guest there during our stay."

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillow were not very good. The pool area was awesome. This hotel was in the old area and very close to the palace and all of the very old buildings and churches."

"This hotel was great for those wanting an "old town" experience. The location is perfect and the room was a good size. Staff was very helpful with giving recommendations and directions around Altstadt Nuremburg. The only down side was how small the bathroom was, and how small the available parking is. Both of those things are easy to overlook. "
