Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time. “Ideal location for ourselves and our 2 dogs the hotel grounds are absolutely superb as was the room ,staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had plenty of choice our really great overnight stay and experience, thankyou 25€ per dog per night I thought was a bit expensive”

“It was fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. but unfortunately it was a record-high temperature during my stay in netherland (mid of june,2017), and there were no air-conditioner in our room. it was only issue for me. Except that 1) easy access to the maastricht and valkenburg 2) fantastic view of old-castle-like hotel 3) privacy and silence 4) etc. were really facinated us.”
