“We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! Throughout our stay we felt extremely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and interacted with us at every opportunity. “The property is spread out. Some of the rooms are in a four plex building, while some are single chalets or duplexes. Dining restaurants are quite far from the majority of rooms, requiring walking or taking a golf cart ride. The buildings are generally well maintained as are the grounds and landscape. “We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.”

“yes we had a pleasant week all around .staff were pleasant and were always around to help. breakfast was decent ( there was a gas shortage ) so we were understanding of the fact. property is dated but maintenance is still visibly seen all around. it must have beenn a 5 star i"m sure at inception.”
