"This hotel is so beautiful. The facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail is outstanding . The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and attentive and they go the extra mile for you.
The beach which is absolutely beautiful is a 5 - 7 minute walk away ( there are a number of beach shacks there) and the town of Colva is about ten to fifteen mins walk so the location is great.
The food served at the hotel is so delicious and fresh and the pool area is lovely too. The spa is amazing aswell.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a beautiful, pristine hotel in south Goa near a gorgeous beach and lovely town. "

"I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites. Which I don't think are now genuine.
Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.
The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!
When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff were unwilling to help and were extremely rude.
They also dismissed the situation and demanded that the girls leave. In addition, slurred racists comments too.
We are all shocked and have reported this to Hotels.com and waiting for a full refund. "
