"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in...

"Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."

"The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. "
