프런트 데스크 스태들이 매우 불친절했어요 나는 그 호텔이 에머리빌에서 저렴한 편이어서 자주 이용해 왔는데 항상 스탶들의 불친절한 태도가 여행의 기분을 완전하게 망치는 경우가 많아 될 수 있으면 근처의 다른 호텔을 이용하는 것을 추천합니다.

포포인츠 바이 쉐라톤 샌프란시스코 베이브리지 전반적으로 문안하다..비지니스 호텔로는 괜찬다. 주변에 쇼핑과 편의시설이 좋다. 항구하고 좀 떨어져 있어 아쉽다.

가격 대비 너무나 좁은 객실.
조식 불포함에 높은 가격에 비해 이렇게 좁은 객실은 처음입니다. 엘레베이터 고장으로 하나 가지고 사용해서 좀 불편했고, 객실 리모델링한다고 복도에서 페인트질중.... 가장 황당한건 객실이 너무 좁다는 것.. 미국객실은 인들도 대부분 매우 넓은데, 한국 호텔보다 훨씬 작습니다. 쉐라톤이 대부분 이런 느낌인듯... 화장실은 샤워장과 변기만 있는데도 좁고, 밖에 세면대와 화장대와 커피메이커가 한 공간에 있는데 어찌 써야할지 정말 난감했습니다. 딱하나 좋은건 침구하나였어요. 가격이 왜 비싼지 이해가 안되는...

We checked in late (2am). They had parking, and the person at the desk was efficient and amiable. Breakfast is not included, but you can buy it off a menu -- fairly expensive. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Small, quaint, and comfortable! Perfect for a short stay and if you don’t plan on spending too much time in the hotel room. The fitness center had a decent selection of equipment and weights, but the room itself was rather small. Staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Paid for a deluxe king suite with a balcony and sofa. Was put in a regular King room. When I called the desk they switched me to the right room but it was next to the maintenance room. There was grinding banging of tools and Loud talking starting at 8:30 at night up until about 11:00. I told them to keep it down because my daughter was sleeping and they ignored me. I sent a message to the front desk through Expedia and was ignored. Finally was able to get a refund through expedia. Definitely not a good move to put your Deluxe rooms next to a maintenance closet. I'm not the type to complain about anything but this was pretty disrespectful. Also power outlets that were disconnected from the wall unsafe. Room service was not available at 7:00 p.m. even though the stated hours were 5 to 10. I've stayed in Motel 6 that had better service. A woman at the front desk upon arrival we're very very nice and good to us. I will give them that credit. But the maintenance people and the ones on desk at night and this morning not so much

The free and easy parking in an otherwise congested shopping area was quite welcome. The split bathroom in the accommodation was strange and inconvenient.

The property was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a bit expensive and the surrounding area appears to be not very safe. We were suggested not to leave any belongings in the car at any time.

Don’t stay here with your families
The AC don’t work , the guy at the front desk lied twice saying they were full but the parking lot did not have anyone there , the place is super dirty , nothing is maintained. Super sketchy people in and out all night and wondering the halls. The water was brown when we turned on the faucet for about 5 minutes , the water drips all the time so the sink and bath tubs were stained brown bad from constant leaking. When we asked for a different room because of the AC not working he said said just open the window and being in a super hot area it’s still hot and humid and he brought us a small fan , that didn’t really even help anything and was not helpful at al or even try and help us get a different room. I would never stay here and probably not the same establishment ever again. I would not bring kids here with all the sketchy people and dirty rooms, felt like a less concealed prison.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We are so sorry that the air conditioning was not working properly in your room. Unfortunately, despite appearances in the parking lot, we were nearly sold out the evening you were our guest. While we would have been able to move you to a different room, it would have been smaller than the one you occupied. We are also happy to share with you that due to having around-the-clock security, locked doors that may only be opened by guests with keys, and an elevator that may only be accessed by in-house guests, we are proud to be one of the safest hotels in the East Bay. We hope your next Marriott stay is a more enjoyable one.
