New bed and linen & attempt to spruce up the bathroom.
Poor cleaning: table sticky with lemonade and bathroom not properly cleaned.
Was charged $12 for soft drinks and nuts I didn't consume. Minibar wasn't properly restocked and I was charged for it even though I have a medical condition which prevents me from having soft drinks. Demanded my money back. No staff at desk to check out although waited for 5 mins and called out repeatedly. Restaurant filled with boxes. Untidy.

Thank you for your review. We have refunded you the overcharge to your nominated credit card. All cleaning issues have been forwarded to external company. We will try our best to improve our cleaning standard. I offer you $50.00 coupon if you wish to come back next time and try our hotel again.
