Huge shout out to the staff for finding me a fine! It was a hot day in Oban and I was so hot! I thought this location had a/c when I booked but I misread. I wouldn’t stay here again because I can’t live without A/C and bless those who can 🙏 Bed was uncomfortable for me, I’m used to a softer bed and a hard bed can leave my back too stiff. Safe worked fine but no fridge. I paid a hefty bill for one night so I expected more out of the hotel.

Room was good for the price. However the wifi didn’t work on the room(it was the small cosy room behind the lift so that’s understandable but maybe you should say on the website that wifi doesn’t work in these rooms. Great breakfast. Altogether good value. Outside facade is off putting but inside has been renovated well .
