"Excellent accomodating staff - informative when I asked for tours, hop on hop off bus - didn’t have but had a little train - best money spent, was cheap, informative & for someone who has walking mobility issues was excellent Even had the extra 4 x pillows I asked for to sleep Loved the whole experience with this property Wish all of Europe locations had something like this near train -5-8 min walk away But great concept Great room Excellent location so close to train & in the heart of all attractions, old city, food & shopping Made our experience magical Great breakfast, Anytime tea, coffee, microwave & fridge in communal dining area Great concept always clean & maintained"

"This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but were pleasantly surprised as it was a seated dinner where you selected from the half board menu. The dinner every day was remarkable. If you are planning on travelling to this area I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed! "

"Amazing hotel perfect for our family trip. The rooms are nice, and more than big enough. What made it special was all the details, from each room names after a waterfall with info to look up, to the little key on a lanyard for our kid, to the water bottles, or to the bubblegum game on the wall. Just lovely surprise after lovely surprise. Amazing, and would stay again in a heartbeat. "
