“Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Breakfast menu had a good choice, I chose a full English, which was lovely. Great choice of beers at the bar, at least six of which are brewed in house. Wonderful. Only stayed one night should have been two just to taste those beers.”

Only shame was curtains not fully covering window, being woken up a 7 by bins being rolled around outside! Also after our show finished we went back for s drink at 9.45. “Its a nice, quiet hotel. Free parking, they no longer the restaurant so there is no breakfast.”

“A very pleasant pub with rooms right in the heart of the very nice market town of Woodbridge. It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. My room was decorated nicely with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Had a double aspect which although there was no view as such made it very light and airy. Breakfast buffet was fairly minimal...
