Found some hair i the bathroom, otherwise clean

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

I booked this hotel based on reviews only. I went to Yelp and Expedia for reviews before I booked it. The room they gave me is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom, although the shampoo was not coming out of the bottle, when I messaged them if they could check it, they did within 30 minutes, also clean. Room is spacious, clean and fully equipped. The location is great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, having Cobb Lane Bakery right downstairs from our room was just the cherry on top.

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Signage for property parking for the hotel was missing, for which required me to search at busy airport parking . When this was reported , staff merely remarked it was the responsibility of the airport

We wish we stayed longer. The facility is close to the beach and we could use this. We wish it has more parking space

Great hotel to stay. There is not porter or concierge service. Otherwise is a great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.
